Note: To use this monitor via USB-C, your laptop must have a USB-C port that supports video. Suitable ports are:

Option 1: 2x USB-C

Please note: To use the portable monitor via USB-C, your laptop must have USB-C with video support.

How do you verify this?

Check whether there is a DisplayPort logo or a lightning bolt next to your USB-C port. If so, the port is suitable for video output. If you don't see a logo or are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

MacBook:
