How can I set my Screenmate to my liking?
You can easily adjust your Screenmate monitor to your liking using the buttons on the side of the screen. Pressing the menu button brings up the settings menu, where you can adjust various options.
In this menu, you can set brightness, contrast, color settings and picture mode, among others, so that the screen fits your preferences perfectly.
Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the menu and adjust the settings to your ideal view. This way, you get the most out of your Screenmate and ensure an enjoyable viewing experience, all tailored to your needs.
What devices are Screenmate monitors compatible with?
Screenmate is compatible with virtually all laptops running Windows, macOS or Linux, as long as the device has the appropriate connectors. In addition, models with a separate screen can also be paired with a smartphone, iPad, tablet or gaming console.
Do I need additional software or drivers to use the monitor?
Both the One Cable variant and the Panorama model require a one-time driver installation. All of our other models work immediately, without additional software.
What accessories are included with a Screenmate?
All necessary cables are included with each Screenmate. We recommend using only the original cables, as alternative cables often do not provide the correct power supply, this can lead to malfunctions or reduced operation. In addition, most models come with a protective case or carrying case so you can safely and easily carry your Screenmate with you.
Do you have a manual or installation guide available?
A manual is included with each Screenmate. This contains clear instructions on how to connect the device and adjust image settings.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping for your Screenmate is completely free. Once your order is placed, we make sure it is processed and shipped as soon as possible. Delivery time is 1-2 business days in the Netherlands, so you can get started with your new monitor as soon as possible. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace link to follow the delivery.
Can I purchase a Screenmate monitor with my home office budget?
Yes, in many cases you can claim a Screenmate through your home office budget or work expense plan. Follow these steps to get your purchase reimbursed by your employer:

What is the warranty period on a Screenmate?
With the purchase of a Screenmate you get a 2-year warranty. Should anything go wrong within this period, we will provide an appropriate solution. In addition, we offer lifetime service, so you can always come to us for questions, support or advice, even after the warranty period.
What is covered by the warranty?
At Screenmate, you get a 2-year warranty. This means that we provide free support within this period for manufacturing defects or defects not caused by misuse.
