Refund Policy

We offer a 50-day return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Deductions for Missing Items
If parts or accessories are missing upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the value from the refund:

  • 10% if the original packaging is missing
  • 5% if the protective sleeve or case is missing
  • €10 per missing cable
  • €5 if the included gift is missing

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
