How do I connect my Screenmate®?

Option 1: 2x USB-C
Option 2: 1x USB-C, 1x HDMI & 1x USB-A

Note: To use this monitor via USB-C, your laptop must have a USB-C port that supports video. Suitable ports are:

Thunderbolt 3 or 4
USB-C 3.2 Gen 2
USB 4
USB-C with at least 10Gb/s

How do you check?
Look for a DisplayPort logo or lightning bolt near your USB-C port. If so, your connection is compatible. Don't see a symbol or in doubt? Then check your laptop's specifications through the manufacturer or a platform like Tweakers.

MacBook:
For MacBooks with an M1, M2 or M3 chip, it is not possible to connect two displays. Check out our OneCable variant for a simple solution.
