How do I connect my Screenmate®?

Option 1: 2x USB-C or Thunderbolt

Possibility 3: 2x USB-A & 2x HDMI

Note: To use the portable monitor via USB-C, your laptop must have USB-C with video support. Suitable connectors are:

Thunderbolt 3 or 4
USB-C 3.2 Gen 2
USB 4
USB-C with at least 10Gb/s

How do you verify this?

Look for a DisplayPort logo or lightning bolt next to your USB-C port. If so, the port is suitable for video output. Don't see a logo or in doubt? Then check your laptop's specifications via the manufacturer's website or Tweakers.

MacBook:
For MacBooks with an M1, M2 or M3 chip, it is not possible to connect two displays. Check out our OneCable variant for a simple solution.
