Please note: To use the portable monitor via USB-C, your laptop must have USB-C with video support.
How do you verify this?
Check whether there is a DisplayPort logo or a lightning bolt next to your USB-C port. If so, the port is suitable for video output. If you don't see a logo or are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
MacBook:
For MacBooks with an M1, M2 or M3 chip, it is not possible to connect two displays. Check out our OneCable variant for a simple solution.

Screenmate is compatible with virtually all laptops running Windows, macOS or Linux, as long as the device has the appropriate connectors. In addition, models with a separate screen can also be paired with a smartphone, iPad, tablet or gaming console.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping for your Screenmate is completely free. Once your order is placed, we make sure it is processed and shipped as soon as possible. Delivery time is 1-2 business days in the Netherlands, so you can get started with your new monitor as soon as possible.
